It is often difficult to find quality websites that provide reliable information about healthy living. I have invested countless hours into finding great articles and information that have an acceptable credibility. I want to make it easier for those of you interested in healthy living–nobody should have to endlessly search for the needle in the haystack as I have done for these websites. In this brief post, I will list some of my favorite websites that have both great information and a high level of credibility.
And of course, feel free to follow my blog for great information as well 🙂
I am going to break the websites down into two primary categories: blogs and science newsletters. The blog websites contain articles written by a wide array of people including regular bloggers, physicians, naturopaths, and much more. These articles are typically more personable and entertaining.
The science newsletters, on the other hand, are mostly studies and scientific articles about alternative healthy living. I commonly use these sources for the latest credible news.
